Do you sometimes feel isolated, anxious, exhausted, angry, sad, frustrated, lonely, disappointed, guilty or frightened?
If so Family Focus can help.
Family Focus is a unique support group based in Sutton, Surrey, which provides support for parents with children under 5 who are having serious difficulties coping with parenthood because of a range of stressful circumstances. We are here to help if you are suffering from problems which might include:
- Stress
- Depression
- Loneliness
- Phobias
- Child behaviour problems
- History of abuse
- Bereavement
- Separation
We can provide you with the support, education and advice you need to help you overcome these problems, allowing you to enjoy parenthood and pass this enjoyment on to your children. Our experienced staff will work with you and your child/children helping you to develop strategies to improve your situation. There is a full programme of activities planned each half-term for both children and parents, and staff provide one-to-one services, advice and support, workshops and training sessions, visiting speakers, behaviour modification, play therapy, and recreational and therapeutic sessions.
